You agree to use the service in compliance with applicable laws and policies. You must not misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or reverse engineer protected content, or use the service in a way that could harm other users or our infrastructure.
Keep credentials secure; you are responsible for account activity. You agree to provide accurate information and to promptly update it. We may suspend or terminate accounts for suspected fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms.
Use a strong password and protect devices used to access the service. Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you are using the service for an organization, you represent you have authority to bind it.
All prices shown in USD. Taxes may apply depending on your location. If you purchase a subscription, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Course materials are licensed for personal use only. Except where explicitly permitted, you may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit platform content.
If you submit content (e.g., feedback, notes, or forum posts), you grant RoundHub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it to operate, improve, and promote the service, subject to applicable law.
The platform is provided “as is”; we limit liability to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that any study outcome will be achieved. To the extent permitted by law, RoundHub is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
We may update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance. If changes are material, we may provide a notice within the product experience or by other reasonable means. The effective date at the top indicates when the latest version took effect.
